How to buy chemicals

Tell suppliers what you need once. They send you prices. You pick the best one.

Enter quantity, delivery city and the date you need it. We send your request to up to 5 matching verified suppliers.

  3. 3

Price, dispatch time, supplier rating and payment terms side by side. Wait for more if you like.

  4. 4

    Choose Supplier

Pick the quotation you like. You can still offer a lower price on the next screen.

  5. 5

    Review and confirm the order

    Confirm Order

Pick advance or credit and confirm. The supplier accepts, makes one counter-offer, or declines.

  6. 6

    Pay the supplier directly

    Report Payment Sent

Pay by your usual bank transfer, then tell us it is done. The supplier confirms they received it.

  7. 7

    Track and receive

    Confirm Delivery

Chapter 3 · Suppliers

How to sell chemicals

List what you make or stock. Buyers who need it find you, and requests come to your inbox.

  1. 1

    Add your products

    Add Listing

Chemical name or CAS, grade, price per kg, minimum order, pack size, where you deliver and dispatch time.

  2. 2

    Get buyer requests by email

When a buyer needs your chemical in your delivery area, you get an email and see it under Buyer Requests.

  3. 3

    Send your quotation

    Submit Interest

Your price, dispatch date and payment terms (advance, credit or negotiable). Add a short note if useful.

  4. 4

    Agree the order

If the buyer chooses you, accept their price, make one counter-offer, or decline.

Chapter 4 · Sell surplus · buy at a discount

Dead Stock

Near-expiry, off-spec or surplus material that is stuck in your warehouse. Turn it into cash instead of a write-off.

  1. 1

    List it honestly

    List Dead Stock

Chemical, grade, quantity, why it is dead stock, condition, purity and days to expiry.

  2. 2

    Set your price

A fixed price, or let buyers make offers. The page shows the discount against the normal market price.

  3. 3

    Buyers find it

    Get Quotations

Buyers browse Dead Stock by chemical and state, see the condition clearly, and ask you for a quotation from the offer page.

Good to know: Buyers: always read the condition, expiry and reason before ordering. Off-spec material is fine for many uses, but not for every one.

Chapter 5 · Urgent sales with a deadline

Live Clearance

When stock must go fast. Each offer has a clearance price, the normal price, and a clock counting down to its end.

  1. 1

    Post a clearance offer

    Post Live Clearance

Chemical, quantity, clearance price, the normal reference price, end date and time, and why it is urgent.

  2. 2

Buyers see the deal and the deadline

Offers show the discount and the time left. When the time is up, the offer closes.

  3. 3

    Ask before it ends

    Get Quotations

Buyers ask for a quotation straight from the offer page, then agree the order as usual.

Good to know: Dead Stock is for slow-moving material. Live Clearance is for stock that must be sold by a date.

Chapter 6 · Indian suppliers who export

Export from India

Show the world you are ready to export, and receive enquiries from verified foreign buyers.

  1. 1

    Fill in your Export details

Go to Profile → Company → Export details. Add your IEC, the regions you export to, Incoterms (FOB, CIF…), loading ports, documents and currencies.

  2. 2

    Get your export badge

Your profile shows your export details as Supplier-declared. After our team checks your documents it says Documents checked. Your IEC number itself is never shown.

  3. 3

    Be found by region

Buyers can filter suppliers by "Exports to", and chemical pages show who can export it from India.

  4. 4

    Quote export enquiries

Foreign buyers’ requests come to you only if you serve their region. Quote in their currency (USD, EUR or AED) with your Incoterm and loading port.

Good to know: Export licences, sanctions checks and shipping documents remain the exporter’s responsibility, as in any export deal.
