About RasayanXchange
RasayanXchange is a B2B marketplace for industrial chemicals in India. It connects GST-verified manufacturers, distributors, traders and buyers, so chemical procurement can happen with clear quotations and a reliable record, not just phone calls and messages.
Why we built it
Chemical trade in India runs largely on phone calls, WhatsApp, personal relationships and paperwork. It works, but it is hard to compare offers, verify a new counterparty, or prove later what was agreed.
RasayanXchange exists to make chemical trade provable, not just possible: every quotation, award, dispatch and dispute has a real record, a timestamp and an accountable party, so a buyer and a supplier who have never met can trust what happened between them.
How it works
GST-verified companies
Every company registers with its GSTIN, checked at sign-up, and verifies its email before it can post.
Requirements and quotations
Buyers post a requirement and compare quotations from matching suppliers in one place, instead of chasing calls and messages.
A record of every step
Quotations, awards, dispatch, delivery and disputes are recorded with timestamps, so both sides can rely on the same history.
Supplier privacy
Supplier names and prices are not shown to anonymous visitors; registered buyers see them as they engage with suppliers.
Dead stock and clearance
Suppliers can list surplus stock for clearance, so it reaches buyers instead of sitting in a warehouse.
Market and regulatory information
Chemical pages show specifications, safety information and regulatory flags such as NDPS-controlled substances.
What we stand by
- Honest numbers. We only show figures calculated from real activity on the platform, never estimates presented as facts.
- Trust scores that can't be bought. A supplier's trust score reflects its verification and its recorded activity on the platform, never a payment.
- Payments between the parties. Buyers and suppliers agree payment terms and pay each other directly; RasayanXchange does not hold anyone's money.
- A next step for every situation. We design every workflow so there is a defined way forward, including when a quotation goes unanswered or a delivery is disputed.
