Our platform includes purpose-built workspaces, workflows, tools and digital services, including:

The original software code, website content, graphics, branding, documentation and other eligible materials created for RasayanXchange™ are owned by Process Pulse (Mind Creator) and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, contract and other intellectual property laws.

Certain non-public implementation details, internal business rules, matching methods, scoring mechanisms, technical architecture and confidential commercial information may also be protected where applicable law and appropriate confidentiality measures permit.

Visitors, users, businesses and third parties must comply with the platform’s Terms & Conditions and applicable law. Unauthorised copying of protected materials, misuse of confidential information, or unauthorised automated extraction of platform data may result in access restrictions or legal action where justified.

The protection available for any particular feature depends on its specific implementation, originality, applicable law and the evidence available.
