Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Q2 FY27: Net Profit More Than Doubles to ₹21.45 Crore, Revenue Up 76%

Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Ltd reported consolidated net profit of ₹21.45 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 (Q2 FY27), against ₹9.92 crore a year earlier — up about 116%. The board approved the results on 19 October 2026.

• Consolidated revenue from operations: ₹217.32 crore, up from ₹123.52 crore in Q2 FY26 (about 76%). • Against the June quarter: revenue up from ₹167.06 crore and net profit up from ₹15.98 crore. • Standalone: revenue ₹207.48 crore (₹115.86 crore a year earlier) and net profit ₹15.39 crore (₹8.94 crore). • The company reports a single segment, specialty chemicals.

Tatva Chintan's product families include phase transfer catalysts, structure directing agents (used to make zeolites), electrolyte salts, pharmaceutical and agrochemical intermediates, and brominated flame retardants. Its registered office is in GIDC Ankleshwar, Gujarat.

What it means for buyers and suppliers

Revenue rising by three-quarters in a year points to much higher volumes. Buyers of phase transfer catalysts and structure directing agents should expect a supplier with fuller order books, so book quantities early; suppliers of amines, alkyl halides and bromine-based raw materials have a customer that is buying more.
